We loved the location which was safe, nice area and well connected through two nearby underground stations. The room was clean, although extremely small for 4 people (we had the family room). The staff was helpful as we needed to print something out.The hotel is newly refurbished and everything looks new and clean. English breakfast was good and provided the extra value for money we were looking for. Near the hotel there is also a 24/7 store which is very helpful.

We were a family of five (2 adults 3 children 15 10 and 8).. After emailing hotel we were told we would have a newly renovated room with a balcony! What we ended up with was the only basement room (Number 18) that according to the reception was the only room that could accomodate five. The linen was fresh and room was relatively clean. Bathroom was tiled walls to ceiling and musty . Shower was tempremental. Beds were old and uncomfortable and room had only one window with little light... no window or ventilation in the bathroom hence the musty smell. The only saving grace was the large cupboard that could store the luggage as there was no space to move around the beds... This place was fine for us as we spent very little time in the hotel literally only to sleep.. The breakfast also was fine for what you paid for Breakfast was bacon egg sausage beans and tomatoe with toast and orange juice..Staff were also very helpful and friendly. We would stay here again.
