The Holiday Inn London Bloomsbury, despite its central location, is situated on a quiet side street thus avoiding much of the traffic noise associated with most hotels in this area.
This 4 star chain hotel is purpose built and offers excellent facilities. Being in Bloomsbury, central London, many attractions are easily walkable including the close by British Museum. Oxford Street, Eurostar, Soho, Kings Cross and Euston are all very close. The Dominion Theatre is a ten minute walk. This hotel is perfectly located for the theatres of the West End.

This hotel is fast becoming my favourite place to stay in London. It starts at the reception with friendly, courteous, efficient, and very helpful staff.
As a Platinum PC member I am always reconised here as such, something I do not always get at other HI hotels. I like the bar/lounge area which is spacious and comfortable and once again the staff here are very friendly and efficient. The food in the lounge is excellent ,compliments to the chefs. In the room the new HD large TV's are a real bonus, and as ever the rooms are clean and well prepared.
This hotel is a credit to its staff and management and they should all be congratulated, WELL DONE..

What a lovely hotel! Service was top notch - reception, housekeeping, the restaurant and bar - everyone was helpful, gracious, and knowledgeable. The bed and bedding were extremely comfortable, the black-out drapes were very effective, and the room was very quiet - a great night's sleep. Large HD television in the room, plenty of closet space. The least expensive rooms are small but fine for a couple. The more expensive rooms are very roomy. In both size rooms, the bathroom is quite large and well-appointed. The rates were typical for nice hotels in this area of London. The Russell Square tube station is right there and the Picadilly Line goes all the way to Heathrow for 5 pounds. The neighborhood is lovely with many nice restaurants, convenience and drug stores. Russell Square Park is very pretty and just around the corner. I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel.
