Space and luxury are the hallmarks of the Classic, Superior and Executive guestrooms, with stylish modern furnishings designed to provide exceptional standards of comfort. The bathroom interiors, sourced exclusively from Italy, feature an innovative frosted picture window between the bathroom and bedroom offering light and privacy at the same time.
The Magistrates Suites occupy the high-ceiling Judges quarters on the first, second and third floor of the original building, and with views of Carnaby Street and Libertys, are bedecked with original Robert Adams fireplaces and oak flooring.
The Lalique Penthouse comprises a glass conservatory, living and dining space, kitchenette and 2 bedrooms each with an en-suite bathroom. Situated in a secluded part of the hotel the Lalique Suite offers privacy and security and is accessed by its own private lift.
The colour schemes throughout all rooms and suites range from butterscotch and taupe through to chocolate and burgundy, and are designed to relax and soothe, enriched with sumptuous materials and furnishings. They feature laptop sized safes, mini bars, and flat screen LCD TVs with entertainment systems offering access to a wide range of satellite TV and pay view programs - there is also a DVD library available from the concierge.

Staying for 3 nights we were upgraded on arrival and found the warm cookies a bonus! The room was huge and clean and the service was brilliant. The swimming pool, sauna and spa were really handy. The location of the hotel is incredible, near the theatres, Oxford Street shopping and just basically everything! Breakfasts were great - cereal, fruit, smoked salmon toasts, etc etc. Will definitely stay here again if in London looking for a nice weekend.

The location could not be bettered: overlooking the Carnaby street, seconds away from the centre and all the sights. We were upgraded on arrival to a street viewing suite with a living room - a beautiful view and very quiet at this time (Spring) of year. The room was large and very well equipped to usual Hilton standard with a sparkling bathroom. We didn't have time to use the gym or swimming pool after exploring london to the fullest but we did have a quick look and it seemed well equipped and attended - I will plan better next time! The staff that we encountered (reception, waiting staff and concierge) were all very professional and friendly and I look forward to using the hotel again

My wife and I chose this hotel after reading previous reviews, some good some not so good, but we found eveything a 4 star hotel should have. The closeness to The Palladium theatre was a great bonus. We aked the concierge for a local italian restaurant recommendation and he was spot on. The bar was quirky as they have the old cells as private booths! The bedroom was spacious and light and we asked to be located in a quiet room and was duly obliged. We would return.
